Shipping policy

We currently deliver to most PIN codes in India. If your PIN code is not accepted at the time of ordering, please mail us at care@ryzstore.com.

  • Shipping is free for all prepaid orders above INR 1000, shipped within India.
  • A Standard Shipping Charge of INR 90 (non-refundable) will be applicable to all orders under INR 1000.
  • For Cash On Delivery orders, we charge INR 50 as handling charges (non-refundable).
  • For international shipping, we charge actual cost based on mode of shipping and package size. Please write to us at care@ryzstore.com.  In case there is any import duty, taxes or brokerage fee applicable, it has to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.
  • All orders are shipped on the same day if received before 2.00 PM. Orders received after 2.00 PM are shipped on the following working day.  Orders are shipped on working days only.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to multiple addresses at this time. We recommend placing separate orders for each address. 

To track your order,  please follow the “Track Shipping” link in your confirmation email or mail us your order no. from the email id used in the order.  We will check and share your order status.

 

Orders - Policy

Shopping at ryzstore is completely secure. For making payments, you are routed to the websites of our payment partners (razorpay) which are completely secure. This routing of sensitive payment related content is done through https security.

There are zero hidden charges when you make a purchase on ryzstore. The prices listed for all items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.

We accept the following methods of payment:

  • Net-Banking
  • Paytm
  • Wallet and UPI
  • Cash on Delivery*

*Conditions –
COD payment can be done on orders upto INR 7500. INR 50 will be charged as handling charges for COD orders.
For orders above INR 7500, only prepaid options are available. 

We charge INR 50 for each Cash on Delivery (COD) order as handling charges and this amount is non-refundable in case of return/exchange. 

Cash On Delivery payment option is available only in India. That too, at locations covered by our logistics partners. We do try to provide this facility across the country but there are few locations beyond our support. For such locations, we provide the prepaid option.

Your order confirmation e-mail is sent to the e-mail address linked to your ryzstore account, immediately upon placing your order. If you have not received it, please check your junk or spam mail folder. If you still cannot locate the confirmation mail, you may log into your ryzstore Account, choose 'Past Orders’ to view all of your orders. If the order you placed does not appear, the order was not successfully confirmed. In this case, please contact our customer care at care@ryzstore.com
